Are there any injuries, recent surgeries that the massage therapist needs to be notified about?

We don't accept client who have gone through any surgeries in last 6 weeks

If this is a prenatal client- how many weeks are they pregnant?

Please note we only accept clients beyond 13 weeks. If this is a post-natal client; please make sure the post delivery bleeding has completely stopped.
