Spa Theory cares about the well being of our clients & our professionals

1. All our beauty & wellness professionals wear a mask and gloves throughout your service.

2. To keep our clients and professionals safe, we require clients to provide clean and unused bedsheets for massage & facial services.

3. If possible, we recommend that you do get your services done in open-air spaces such as private porch, backyard, or rooftop to keep the outdoor air flow. An open window or door is also great.

4. Our professionals are following all CDC guidelines and are required to wash hands upon entering and exiting client’s premises.

5. Before assigning any clients, we personally confirm that the professional is well and does not display any symptoms of COVID-19. We also encourage them to check their temperature daily.

6. We request clients refrain from booking any in-home appointments if they or a household member are under an isolation or have any COVID-19 symptoms.
