Spa Theory Provider Compensation Guide
This guide outlines the standard and holiday compensation rates for all services, including gratuity.
Before confirming a booking, please make sure of the following:
Do’s:
- Check the location (zip code) and confirm it’s within your service area.
- Verify the date and time to ensure you’re available.
- Review any add-ons requested (e.g., hot stones, dry brushing) and accept only if you have the required items and experience.
- Check the payout details and confirm you’re okay with it.
- Only confirm the booking if you are completely sure, as once confirmed, it is assigned to you and unavailable to other providers.
Dont’s:
- Don’t accept a booking just to “hold” or “join a queue”
- Don’t accept if you’re unsure about availability, add-ons, or location
